What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 mats — enough for a single site, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Which mat type do I need?
Coir for covered entrances, rubber-backed for hard floors, scraper for fully exposed doorways, absorbent for indoors, inlay for permanent branding, photo printing for full-colour artwork.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Send the dimensions of your doorway with your enquiry and we will quote the exact size rather than making you fit a standard.
Will the logo wear off?
Not on an inlay — the colour runs the full depth of the material. Dyed and printed mats wear more gradually with the pile.
Are these safe on wet floors?
Rubber-backed and absorbent mats are specified precisely for that. The sealed base keeps water off the floor beneath.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to the mat size at no charge.
